Sports Evaluation

This is the sports evaluation to test your abilities to find weaknesses and areas to improve on in order to prevent injuries and help perform to your highest level.

Sport Specific Session

This is a one-on-one session to better understand the proper way to play your sport. Depending on the sport you play, we'll learn to run routes and make plays, where to look for the ball and how to create space from the defender.

Children's Training Session

This is a 60-minute session with our certified personal trainer for a child under 18 years old. This can be a one-time thing or set up for reoccurring sessions.

Adult Training Session

This is a 60-minute session with our certified personal trainer for an adult over the age of 18. It can be a one-time thing or a reoccurring schedule.
