What will I learn?
Everyone will have the opportunity to learn proper form, proper coordination, mobility and importance of recovery. This is really important to reduce the risk of injuries that can happen in a life time. If you are sport specific, you will learn the various speed and agility techniques as well as strength and conditioning to become faster and stronger in your various seasons and sports.
Are there any specials?
We will always give a discount for committing to a month by taking $5 off for every single session planned in that month. There is also a referral program where you invite someone to sign up for a month and both of you will get 10% off for that first month. Bring a friend to a session of yours and it is always $25.
