Allred Athletics and Development is a great company. I trained with their certified personal trainer, Julia, consistently for over a year. Julia is so in tune to what her clients need. She strikes a great balance between pushing you to do better and letting you learn and grow at your own pace. I was able to achieve my goals of getting thinner and stronger because of my workouts with Julia. I cannot recommend her enough!
